Christian Overgaard

Christian Monrad Overgaard graduated in 1990 as MSc Civil Engineering from Denmark’s Technical University and completed a full-time MBA from INSEAD end of 1992.

Afterwards, he worked many years for McKinsey & Co (Copenhagen, Beijing, Seoul) and became an Associate Partner before moving into senior management positions with large MNCs – first Marketing Director for Novozymes, then Regional VP Chr. Hansen in APMEA, and lastly China President for Danfoss (Denmark’s biggest industrial).

Christian joined CFAO in 2018 as CEO of Missionpharma, and in 2021 he was appointed Head of Institutional Clients also covering Fazzini, a branded hospital equipment company based in Milano, Italy.
